By accessing and using Designico's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Designico provides web design, development, and digital marketing services including but not limited to: • Website design and development • E-commerce solutions • SEO optimization • Brand identity design • Digital marketing consultation • Website maintenance and support

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not interfere with or disrupt our services • Respect intellectual property rights • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

All content, features, and functionality on our website are owned by Designico and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified • Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge • Refunds are subject to our refund policy • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated • Additional work beyond the original scope will be billed separately

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity • Client feedback and approval times may affect delivery schedules • We require client cooperation and timely provision of materials • Force majeure events may delay project completion • Final delivery is contingent upon full payment of all fees

We provide our services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall Designico be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
